Albert F. Quintrall

Albert F. Quintrall, Esq.
Mr. Quintrall was born in Torrance, California in 1946.  In 1973, Mr. Quintrall began his law practice, concentrating in the area of construction law, primarily credit and collections and mechanic’s lien law. Mr. Quintrall has tried hundreds of civil trials in both state and federal courts.  Quintrall & Associates’ client base is primarily composed of subcontractors of all trades, material suppliers, and equipment rental companies.  He has conducted hundreds of arbitration matters and has been appointed as an arbitrator on the construction panel of the American Arbitration Association.

In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Courts in California, the United States Supreme Court and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Quintrall is also an associate member of the American Subcontractors Association, Building Industry Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Financial Management Association, California Rental Association and various other trade and industry-related associations.

Mr. Quintrall is the Senior Partner in the law firm of QUINTRALL & ASSOCIATES, LLP, a California Limited Liability Partnership. In addition to being senior partner of the law firm, Mr. Quintrall is also the founder of PROLIEN Services, LLC, a company that specializes in the research, preparation and service of Preliminary Notices, Mechanic’s Liens, Stop Notices and other construction industry documents.

Mr. Quintrall is a frequent lecturer on the topic of Mechanic’s Lien Law and Construction Collections, conducting full-day comprehensive seminars and workshops in addition to appearing before trade associations and other industry-related groups throughout the United States.
