Services | Notice of Completion Tracking

Notice of Completion Tracking:

The laws regarding the filing of a Notice of Completion vary from state to state.  In some states, such as California, the filing of a Notice of Completion by a property owner will change the expiration date of your Mechanic’s Lien, bringing forward the allotment of time normally allowed for the filing of a lawsuit.  Therefore, it is crucial that these filings are tracked, as the owner may not be required to individually notify you that this filing has occurred.

PROLIEN’s Notice of Tracking service allows its clients peace of mind in the knowledge that they will not miss a crucial filing date.
