Services | Waivers and Releases

Waivers and Releases:

As the construction project progresses, and payments are made, the prudent owner will require of the general contractor a procedure to waive and release the right of lien by subcontractors and materials suppliers working on the project. While none of these releases, standing alone, waive contractual rights and obligations between the general contractor and owner or between the general contractor and his subcontractors, they act as a record of payment and should provide proof the property owner that construction funds are being properly disbursed.  You may be required to submit releases on an ongoing basis as payments are made.  PROLIEN provides its clients with complete waiver and release production on an appropriate time line which ensures that you fulfill your contractual obligations while protecting your rights.
